The Lindenhof café borrows its name from the majestic Linde trees rooted around the square. The grand café welcomes locals as well as nature-loving visitors that stop during their hikes. To bring this feeling of natural hospitality to life, we were asked to rebrand the café’s visual identity and website.

For The Lindenhof, it was important to recapture the nostalgic atmosphere that the monumental building together with Linde trees had preserved there for many years. That iconic landmark, and harmonious atmosphere, is the lifeline of the grand café. After the rebranding, The Lindenhof‘s inviting and welcoming feeling was reinvigorated for years to come.

The value we added

The design — To have the Linde trees around the monumental building blossom all year round, from spring to winter, we designed illustrated patterns that show the different seasons. To also have them welcome us during the night and during the day, we put them on a bright ivory white-grey or earthy dark green background. A terracotta brown forms a warm and cozy backbone to the many different seasons.
