By connecting the dots and casting the communication lines, Network Urgent Care Central-Holland facilitates the entire web of urgent medical healthcare from within the heart of the country. From the ambulances to the nursing homes, to the IC units, to the psychiatry departments. To streamline their internal and external communication, we provided them with a tone of voice and visual design that expresses their connecting tasks and central presence.

As a crucial facilitator of urgent healthcare, NAZMN does not operate within a commercial context, but within a societal context. By strategically rebranding NAZMN, its internal and external communication has been improved, which is vital for the network to operate efficiently. Presentation slides, documents, memos, brochures, and reports are now designed with clarity and with the consistency of a recognizable brand.

The value we added

The strategy — Although NAZMN has no commercial competition, they are still part of a nationwide network of similar healthcare organizations. To stand out in this crowd, and do justice to their renowned reputation, we decided to give the visual identity a creative conceptual foundation that had both a serious and expressive side to it. The visual identity was neatly balanced on values of transparency and reliability, which form the pillars of the brand.

The design — The logo, which forms one shackle in a chain, one focal point in a network, and one signal in an alarm, establishes the most important dimensions of NAZMN's directing function. The organization's urge for actively connecting was centralized in the visual language and applied to icon design, motion design, and everything from page layout to user interface.
